Acceptable Use Policy

1. Cloud Terminals

Cloud terminals provide isolated Linux environments for development work. You may not:

• Mine cryptocurrency or run proof-of-work computations.
• Run persistent services, daemons, or servers intended to be publicly accessible.
• Attempt to access other users' terminal sessions or data.
• Use terminals to attack, scan, or probe external systems.
• Store or process illegal content.
• Circumvent resource limits or usage quotas.

Terminal sessions are ephemeral. They may be reclaimed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Do not rely on terminal storage for persistent data. Use workspace nodes or external storage.

2. API Proxy

The managed API proxy forwards requests to AI providers on your behalf. You may not:

• Share or resell proxy access to third parties.
• Automate bulk requests outside of normal canvas workflow usage.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or credit deductions.
• Use the proxy to generate content prohibited by AI provider terms.

3. Content

You are responsible for all content you create, generate, or store. You may not use Cognograph to:

• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Produce content that incites violence or harassment.
• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or social engineering.

Violations are handled progressively:

1. Warning: email notification with details of the violation.
2. Throttle: temporary rate limiting or feature restriction.
3. Suspend: account suspended pending review (data preserved).
4. Terminate: account terminated with 30-day data export window.

Severe violations (illegal content, attacks on infrastructure) may result in immediate termination without warning.
